Max Mara Fashion Group is seeking a Sales Assistant for the Weekend MaxMara - Copenhagen Airport store. The role focuses on sharing the brand DNA, delivering an exceptional in-store experience, and driving sales through knowledge of products and services.

You will welcome customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and proactively execute the selling ceremony to maximize opportunities. The position requires 2+ years in retail sales and fluent English and Danish.

Competenze

• 2+ years experience in Retail Sales.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Danish language.

The Sales Assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Welcome and help customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the training program provided, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
• Proactively deliver the brand's selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs.
• Visual Merchandising Operations in the shop
• Actively builds client confidence by creating an engaging interactive experience
