The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in København seeks two Sales Assistants for Le Labo to deliver authentic in-store experiences and guide customers through product options.

You will work with a high-performing team, maintain visual merchandising, and participate in in-store events while building relationships with customers and colleagues.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Retail experience, preferably beauty or fashion, including cashiering.
• Skincare or beauty certificates are a plus!
• Proficient in a Scandinavian language and in English both in verbal and written communication.
• Able to work independently and in a team in a dynamic environment.
• Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.

The Role
As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for greeting, engaging and giving customers a little glimpse of the Le Labo world. With your passion for people; our company; products and services, you will ensure that each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience which educates, inspires and delights them. You will walk the customer through the brand's offering and advise products in accordance with the customer's needs.

You will also work as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.

You will be reporting to either the Counter Manager in Illum or the Store Manager in our FSS.

We are looking for both a full time and a part time sales assistant (80 hours per month).

More specifically, you will:

• Be responsible to reach your individual sales' target, keeping track of the counter's turnover
• Provide exceptional and authentic customer experience by finding the right products based on the customer's needs
• Have ownership over the counter - keep the counter tidy at all times, re-stock the counter and make sure that the visual merchandising is optimal to the brand's guidelines
• Establish collaborative relationships with your colleagues and your direct manager
• Perform services, participate in in-store events and being of help to your colleagues
• Administer cashiering and ensure customer satisfaction to improve customer loyalty that will add impact to the business' financial objectives

Qualifications

You are the perfect fit if you:

• Have a minimum high school diploma
• Have previous retail experience preferably within beauty or fashion, including cashiering
• Have skincare or other beauty certificates (this is seen as a plus!)
• Are proficient in a Scandinavian language and in English both in verbal and written communication
• Are able to work independently and in a team in a dynamic environment
• Have the ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events
• Are familiar with SoMe platforms such as TikTok and Instagram is a plus
