We are looking for a commercially driven Direct to Consumer Sales & Growth Lead to accelerate customer acquisition, optimize partner performance and drive sustainable growth across direct and intermediary channels. Direct to Consumer (D2C) is one of Ikano Bank's top strategic priorities and a key driver of future growth. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, growth and development of the bank's consumer products towards end customers. Working across direct and intermediary channels, you will help attract, convert and retain customers while delivering sustainable and profitable growth. You will combine commercial leadership, relationship management and data-driven decision-making to deliver profitable growth and long-term business value. Working closely with the Global D2C Manager and cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate strategic ambitions into commercial execution and represent your market in Global D2C initiatives.
This is an opportunity to play a central role in shaping the future growth of our D2C business while working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple markets.
You will contribute to key local governance and commercial forums, including the Market Forum, Pricing Committees and the Market Credit Committee. You will act as a key voice for the market and help ensure that commercial initiatives remain aligned with local market conditions, customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Your work will directly influence customer acquisition, sales performance, front-book profitability, operating margin, partner performance and conversion rates. As a key representative of your market, you will help shape commercial priorities and contribute to long-term profitable growth.
You will also ensure that partnership and sales activities are delivered in accordance with applicable regulations, internal policies and responsible lending principles.
Bachelor's Degree
You are a commercially driven and relationship-oriented professional who enjoys identifying growth opportunities and delivering measurable business results. You can combine strategic thinking with strong execution and are comfortable working across functions and stakeholder groups.
Fluency in English - written and spoken
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
Strong, demonstrable experience within consumer lending, banking or financial services is essential for success in this role
