Job summary

Performativ Aps is seeking an Engagement and Program Manager to lead the rollout of our SaaS platform for large customers, ensuring scalable, repeatable delivery and clear communication. You will work cross-functionally with product and engineering to drive adoption while avoiding custom builds.

The role is remote with 40% travel to customer sites and our Copenhagen head-office, requiring strong governance, planning, and stakeholder management capabilities for end-to-end programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program or engagement management or similar delivery-facing roles.
• Experience in wealth management, private banking, or asset management is a prerequisite.
• Ability to define scope and timeline with firm but constructive client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise set-up programs end to end from kickoff to go-live and hyper-care.
• Determine how customer requirements map to the platform and address via standard patterns.
• Coordinate APIs, SSO, and configuration without custom builds, flag gaps early.
• Manage plan, scope, and change control aligned to contracts and accepted changes.
• Run governance, cadence, reporting, and risk/issue tracking with stakeholders.
