Job summary

QCS Staffing is seeking a CSA Lead for a 12-month initial contract in the Copenhagen area of Denmark. The role focuses on reviewing CSA designs, ensuring GMP compliance, and coordinating across process, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and automation disciplines.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, life sciences, or related field, with experience in EPCM or consultant deliverables and a strong understanding of architectural and structural design principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Scientific, Engineering, Life Sciences or related discipline preferred.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline considered.

Responsibilities

• Review CSA designs developed by EPCM partners and consultants.
• Ensure designs meet project requirements, GMP requirements, constructability standards, and operational needs.
• Assess architectural layouts, structural systems, access strategies, and building interfaces.
• Review cleanroom architectural solutions and GMP environments.
• Lead CSA-related design reviews and assurance activities.
• Coordinate interfaces across process, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and automation disciplines.

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, are looking for an CSA Lead to support the delivery their project based near Copenhagen. The company has grown to become a world leader in the development, manufacture and marketing of innovative pharmaceutical products to alleviate some of the world’s biggest health problems.

What You’ll Deliver

• Review and challenge CSA designs developed by EPCM partners and consultants.
• Ensure designs meet project requirements, GMP requirements, constructability standards, and operational needs.
• Assess architectural layouts, structural systems, access strategies, and building interfaces.
• Review cleanroom architectural solutions and GMP environments.
• Lead CSA-related design reviews and assurance activities.
• Coordinate interfaces across process, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and automation disciplines.

Experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in Scientific, Engineering, Life Sciences or related discipline preferred, or a Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of architectural and structural design principles.
• Experience reviewing EPCM and consultant deliverables.
