Job summary

Qualifications

• A Law degree or a Master's degree in a law-related field.
• 2-7 years of legal work experience as a legal advisor.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently at a professional level.
• Excellent analytical, research and drafting skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with managing legal documents, maintaining records, and ensuring proper documentation of contracts.
• Conducting legal research and providing accurate and timely legal advice to stakeholders and Legal staff.
• Maintaining and revising corporate contract templates, business processes, governance and internal policies.
• Working on compliance matters, including export/import regulations and privacy laws.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts including distribution, sales, sourcing, technology and license agreements, guarantees, and other instruments.
