Job summary

CHANGE Lingerie, a Danish retail and e-commerce company based in Farum, seeks a Business Controller to deliver financial insights and performance analysis across markets. You will work with Country Managers, Logistic & Production Management and the Business Finance Team to support decision‑making and drive profitability.

You have 3+ years of controlling or analytical experience, a Finance-related degree, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and a knack for turning data into clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within controlling or a similar analytical role.
• Experience from a retail business is an advantage.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly follow-up on P&L performance in selected business areas.
• Participate in Business Reviews with Managers and the Business Finance Team.
• Assist in analysing deviations from budget and forecast and identify drivers behind performance.
