New Balance in Copenhagen is seeking customer-focused retail associates to engage, educate and entertain shoppers from the moment they enter the store. You will be welcomed into a supportive team and encouraged to grow with the company.

As a brand ambassador you will deliver total customer satisfaction, support store performance, handle transactions, and uphold health and safety standards. A passion for sport and service will help you thrive in our European stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and basic maths.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
• Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
• Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines
• Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
• Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
• Perform other duties that are required from the management team
