Job summary

New Balance is seeking friendly, driven retail associates to engage, educate and entertain customers from the moment they walk through the door. You will contribute to store performance, deliver exceptional service and uphold health and safety standards while representing the New Balance brand.

You should be a team player with strong communication, a passion for retail and sales, and a willingness to learn.

• To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
• Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
• Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines
• Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
• Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
• Perform other duties that are required from the management team
