Urban Partners in Copenhagen seeks a Reporting and Analytics Associate to turn data into insights across investments and funds. You will handle data, reporting, and analysis, developing reporting capabilities in a dynamic urban investment setting.
You will work with investor and fund reporting, sustainability reporting, and performance analytics, contributing to data quality, automation, and decision support across markets and strategies.
Are you our next Reporting and Analytics Associate, turning data into insights across Urban Partners' investments and funds?
We are looking for a Reporting and Analytics Associate to join our Reporting & Analytics team in Copenhagen. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working hands-on with data, reporting, and analysis, and who wants to develop within a dynamic investment and real estate environment. You will play an important role in ensuring that data and reporting across our investments and funds is accurate, transparent, and insightful. Working with both financial and non-financial performance data, you will help support decision-making across Urban Partners while contributing to the continued development and optimisation of reporting processes. You will gain broad exposure to investor reporting, fund reporting, sustainability reporting, and performance analytics across multiple investment strategies, funds, and markets. This provides a unique opportunity to develop both technical reporting capabilities and a strong understanding of how data supports investment decision-making. The Reporting & Analytics team is part of Finance & Group Support and works closely with colleagues across Finance, Investor Relations, Sustainability, and Digital. The team is responsible for delivering analyses and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders while continuously improving data quality, automation, and reporting capabilities.
We are looking for a colleague with approximately 2-3 years of professional experience who enjoys working close to the numbers and understands the value of reliable data and high-quality reporting.
It would be an advantage to have experience from investment management, real estate, asset management, private equity, fund structures or similar fields.
As a person, you are motivated by learning, curious by nature, and enjoy taking ownership of your work.
In addition, you will gain broad exposure across multiple funds, countries, and business areas, giving you a unique opportunity to build both your finance expertise and your understanding of how reporting supports investment decision-making at scale.
