Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development for Dermatology, Immunology & Inflammatory Diseases (DIID). This home-based role covers multiple European countries, requiring leadership in sales strategy, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or highly relevant industry experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of clinical research and/or sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills and senior stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop strategic plans and sales strategies across territory/accounts.
• Meet annual sales goals and grow key accounts.
• Lead RFI/RFP responses with internal teams and coordinate proposals.
• Coordinate budgets and contract negotiations post-award.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and expand sponsor relationships.
• Represent the company at industry events and deliver compelling presentations.
