Job summary

MM Coaching Limited (Marriage Reset) is hiring a Senior Marketing Lead to own paid client acquisition for a large online coaching business. You will direct paid media, conversion-rate optimization, and email, while coordinating with organic efforts. The role includes rebuilding the funnel, improving ROAS, and shaping the team to scale to the next level.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-ticket offer marketing and ROAS-based optimization.
• Proven funnel-building and testing across paid channels.
• Strong leadership of creative, copy, and media-buying teams.
• Deep knowledge of compliance in high-stakes verticals.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for analysis and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy across Meta, Google/YouTube, and Bing.
• Develop scaling and budget doctrines with measured ROAS and CPA goals.
• Own forecast: revenue, calls, cost per qualified call, spend, creative volume.
• Direct creative messaging, hooks, and avatar architecture; write when needed.
• Lead CRO: ads through sale with structured split tests and funnel optimization.
• Build and manage the marketing team, processes, and performance reviews.
