Heyra seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with clients, understand operations, and drive AI adoption from problem to production. You will translate business needs into AI solutions and work with engineers, data specialists, strategists and designers to deliver value.

Qualifications

Experience with management consulting, change management, or adoption of AI solutions in production.
Understanding of software development, ML or data engineering.
Familiarity with AI and GenAI frameworks, possibly with some MLOps and evals exposure.
Experience with cloud environments like Azure or GCP.
Coding with agents like Claude Code, Codex or Cursor.
Owning delivery end to end, from a vague problem to a live, adopted solution.
Curiosity, taste and a builder mentality matter just as much to us as specific tools or years of experience.

Responsibilities

Embed directly with clients to understand operation and value; drive adoption and sequencing of rollouts.
Translate business needs into AI solutions that ship and scale.
Collaborate with engineers, data specialists, strategists and designers in a close-knit team.
