Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint in a professional environment.
• Exposure to enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, including sales order management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships to identify growth opportunities and improve revenue.
• Analyze purchasing patterns, inventory utilization, and revenue trends for cost savings.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to customers and sales teams via calls, emails, and reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to address needs and market changes.
• Execute inventory optimization strategies and product conversion initiatives.
• Utilize ERP and CRM tools to manage orders, resolve issues, and track interactions.
• Lead recurring business review meetings with stakeholders to align on sales and priorities.
• Support onboarding and training for field personnel and customers on processes.
