Job summary

FirePoint Rocket Technology is building a new production facility in Denmark, seeking a Maintenance & Engineering Manager to own reliability from day one. You will lead the technical team, drive predictive maintenance, and ensure state-of-the-art process safety for high-stakes production.

Reporting to the Chief Production Officer, you will coordinate with Process Engineering, Manufacturing Automation, EHS, Quality, and Production Planning to achieve uptime and compliance in a greenfield

Qualifications

• Education in mechanical, electrical or marine engineering or related field with at least a bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of maintenance management experience in heavy industry or high-safety environments.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards (ATEX, SEVESO) and risk-based maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for all production equipment.
• Lead CMMS implementation to manage work orders, asset history, and maintenance costs.
• Ensure EHS & process safety compliance across maintenance activities.
• Define critical spare parts strategies and coordinate with warehouse on inventory.
• Lead maintenance team, train staff in safety protocols, and manage external contractors.
