Job summary

Immense Group is seeking a Regulatory Counsel to join our regulatory function within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will provide independent regulatory advice across multiple gambling jurisdictions and manage licensing and regulatory submissions for assigned portfolios.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years post-qualification experience, a law degree, fluency in English (additional Danish/Swedish a plus), and a proactive, commercially minded approach to regulatory challenges.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• 3–4 years post-qualification experience in regulatory, legal, or advisory roles, ideally within regulated industries such as iGaming/fintech.
• Experience interpreting gambling regulations across multiple jurisdictions and providing independent regulatory advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent regulatory advice to internal stakeholders across product, marketing, payments, operations, and technology.
• Manage licensing submissions across multiple jurisdictions and oversee regulatory submission processes.
• Identify regulatory risks and provide input on AML/CFT, responsible gambling, data protection, and consumer protection.
