Job summary

Netcompany Banking Services seeks a Regulatory and Compliance Manager to build the compliance foundation for the Business Services team. You will blend compliance, reporting, data and technology to shape the future regulatory setup in NBS and explore AI applications in compliance.

You will contribute to developing the new Regulatory Services unit, turning legislation into risk assessments, cycles, spot checks and reporting, with emphasis on automation and cross-functional collaboration across

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in regulatory work, compliance or reporting within banking/fintech.
• Experience with regulatory inspections and dialogue.
• Strong data and technology understanding; interest in how AI can support compliance.

Responsibilities

• Engage in dialogue with banks to understand regulatory needs and challenges.
• Establish the commercial foundation and develop NBS’s compliance services.
• Set the direction for regulatory area and translate needs into concrete solutions.
• Identify and drive opportunities for AI in compliance.
