Job summary

Netcompany Banking Services is building a compliance-focused unit to shape and develop Regulatory Services. The role blends compliance, reporting, data and technology to translate regulatory needs into practical solutions for banks and financial institutions in Denmark and beyond.

You will spearhead AI opportunities in compliance while collaborating across teams to create scalable services. The ideal candidate has strong regulatory experience, excellent Danish and English communication, and a

Qualifications

5–10 years of relevant experience in regulatory work, compliance or reporting, ideally from banking, fintech, pension/insurance or a regulatory authority.
Experience with inspection visits and dialogue with strong understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance processes, and reporting.
Good data and technology understanding, with an interest in how technology and AI can support compliance.
A legal background or experience from a compliance or regulatory role is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken) is a must.

Responsibilities

Engage in dialogue with banks to understand their needs and regulatory challenges.
Establish the commercial foundation and help develop NBS' compliance services.
Set the direction for the area and translate regulatory needs into concrete solutions.
Identify and drive opportunities for AI in compliance.
