Job summary

Systematic, based in Aarhus, seeks a Legal Counsel to join the Regulatory Compliance team. You will help navigate GDPR and AI regulation, advising colleagues across the business and shaping compliance frameworks.

You’ll engage in DPIAs, risk assessments, data processing agreements, audits, and training, with a focus on practical guidance and continuous improvement in a dynamic, international software environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law and strong GDPR experience required.
• Fluent Danish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience with AI regulation and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line regulatory advice to business units on GDPR and AI regulation affecting contracts, security, and policies.
• Review and negotiate data processing agreements with customers and suppliers.
• Administer and improve GDPR compliance programme, including risk assessments, DPIAs, TIAs, LIAs, policies, and procedures.
• Support incident response processes, including personal data breaches and follow-up activities.
• Deliver compliance training and prepare documentation for audits.
