Jobandu operates in Denmark and Germany, supplying qualified workers to major logistics, retail and industrial businesses. We are expanding in Germany and seek a German-speaking Recruitment & Workforce Delivery Specialist to join our team in the Copenhagen area.

Your work includes recruiting warehouse and logistics workers for German customers, particularly in the Hamburg area, and handling documentation with German authorities.

GERMAN SPEAKING RECRUITMENT & WORKFORCE DELIVERY SPECIALIST

JOB BRIEF

Jobandu is expanding its operations in Germany, and we are looking for a highly motivated, German speaking Recruitment & Workforce Delivery Specialist to join our team in the Copenhagen area.

Your primary responsibility will be recruiting reliable warehouse and logistics workers for our German customers, particularly in the Hamburg area.

This is not a traditional recruitment role. Finding candidates is only the beginning. We need someone who can identify, attract and qualify people who are genuinely motivated, available and dependable.

If a customer needs 10 workers, your job is not finished when you have found 20 candidates. It is finished when the right 10 people are ready, arrive for their shifts and deliver what we have promised.

Alongside recruitment, you will handle employee documentation, administration and communication with German authorities, working closely with our existing operations team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, solving problems and delivering results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruit and source warehouse, logistics and industrial workers, primarily in the Hamburg area.
• Build and maintain strong pools of reliable, qualified and available workers.
• Develop effective sourcing channels through social media, referrals, worker communities and recruitment platforms.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability, motivation, reliability and availability.
• Maintain close communication with candidates and workers throughout the recruitment process.
• Build sufficient backup capacity to ensure customer requirements can be met when workers become unavailable.
• Work closely with our operations team to support successful onboarding, workforce readiness and attendance.
• Handle employee documentation, administrative processes and communication with relevant German authorities.
• Keep recruitment pipelines, candidate information and documentation accurately updated.
• Use AI, digital recruitment tools and creative sourcing methods to improve recruitment results.
• Take ownership of recruitment challenges and find solutions rather than waiting for instructions.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with workers from different backgrounds.
• A proactive, resourceful and persistent approach to recruitment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage several recruitment assignments simultaneously.
• A strong sense of responsibility and the determination to follow every task through to completion.
• Experience recruiting warehouse, logistics or industrial workers is an advantage.
• Experience with German employment administration or authorities is an advantage.
• Confidence using digital recruitment platforms and AI tools.
