Job summary

MEININGER Hotels Group in Copenhagen is seeking a Receptionist (f/m/d) part-time to welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and handle daily tasks at Urban House Copenhagen by MEININGER. You will be the first point of contact for guests and external visitors, ensuring a safe, memorable stay.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hospitality, a friendly, team-oriented mindset, and fluency in English. Danish is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hospitality experience required.
• Outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Proficient with front office systems; English fluency is essential; Danish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests from check-in to check-out.
• Handle inquiries, upsell services, and respond to online reviews.
• Coordinate with suppliers and technicians as needed.
• Assist with invoicing and administrative tasks.
• Be in charge of the hotel bar and support other departments when required.
