Job summary

Urban House Copenhagen by MEININGER, part of MEININGER Hotels Group, is seeking a Night Receptionist for the Front Desk. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and be the first contact for visitors and suppliers in a diverse, international setting.

You’ll respond to guest inquiries, guide them to local sights, and support other departments when needed. The role requires flexibility across all days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Initial hospitality experience is required.
• Outgoing personality and guest-focused service.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out.
• Act as first point of contact for visitors and suppliers.
• Answer questions and direct guests to sights and activities.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
