Job summary

Hitachi Rail Denmark A/S invites applications for a Verification & Validation Specialist. You will join the RAMS & Validation team to verify and validate railway design and deliver high-quality V&V reports during development and delivery phases.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners across Denmark and Germany. The position offers a flexible hybrid work setup (home and office) with travel as needed, and a strong commitment to railway safety, quality, and

Qualifications

Quality-oriented and structured with timely V&V delivery.
Ability to review technical documentation critically.
Strong teamwork and communication.
Proactive approach and problem solving.
English writing and speaking excellence; Danish or German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Verify and validate that the F-bane project meets contractual and internal requirements during development, design and delivery.
Perform validations of signalling layouts, hardware configurations, drawings, templates, etc.
Conduct verification and validation inspections across project phases with focus on testing in Denmark and Germany.
Report and evaluate any non-compliance detected and create verification and validation reports.
Liaise with internal teams, customers, partners and suppliers to optimize processes.
Occasional travel within Denmark and Germany for commissioning, testing activities and stakeholder meetings.
