As Rail Leader, you will lead both the growth and delivery of Arup's Rail business in Sweden and support the expansion of our rail activities across the Nordic region.
You will work closely with railway owners, operators, developers, contractors and design partners, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful project outcomes in technically challenging and operationally sensitive environments.
Arup has been supporting major transport infrastructure projects in The Nordics for decades and has developed a strong reputation through its long-standing involvement in metro, tunnel and multidisciplinary transport projects. Building on our successful relationships we are now seeking to grow our rail presence further across Sweden and the Nordics.
This role offers the opportunity to shape that next phase of growth while remaining closely involved in project delivery. Unlike purely business development positions, this is a true leadership role spanning clients, projects, people and strategy.
Working from Sweden (or Denmark), you will help strengthen Arup's position as a Nordic hub while contributing to opportunities across Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
