Job summary

Arup's Rail team in Copenhagen seeks an experienced Rail Leader to steer growth and delivery of major rail, metro and transport infrastructure across Denmark and the Nordics. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, build strong client relationships with Metroselskabet, Banedanmark and DSB, and shape project delivery strategies while incorporating international best practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading complex rail, metro or transport infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in senior leadership roles.
• Experience with Danish rail authorities and Nordic clients.
• Fluent in English; Danish preferred.

Responsibilities
