Arup is seeking a Digital Transformation Project Manager / Consultant based in Copenhagen to join the Global Technology Transformation team. You’ll bridge strategy and delivery, shaping how Arup’s AI, Data and Technology Roadmap translates into action across a global matrixed organisation.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to support alignment, decision-making and execution of priorities, while influencing change enablement and measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

This role of Digital Transformation Project Manager / Consultant will join the Global Technology Transformation team within Arup’s Digital Technology Group. Based primarily in Copenhagen, you will help deliver technology-enabled transformations that underpin Arup’s AI, Data and Technology Roadmap and long‑term strategy. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the firm to support alignment, decision‑making and execution of key priorities.
