Spirii is seeking an R&D Project Manager to kick off and coordinate a Horizon-funded project and support ongoing initiatives in e-mobility and energy. You will work closely with the CTO, department manager, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and effective collaboration.

The role offers exposure to EU Horizon funding requirements, proposal submissions, and external partnerships, with on-the-ground coordination across pilots and partners in the Nordic region.

Competenze

• Requires engineering background with interest in R&D and innovation.
• Motivated to grow into a project management role with proactive approach.
• Experience in R&D or related commercial activities helpful.

Mansioni

• Initiate and coordinate day-to-day activities of the new EU Horizon-funded project and ongoing AHEAD project.
• Support CTO and finance with time-tracking and reporting for Horizon funding.
• Represent Spirii at conferences and contribute to funding proposals.
• Facilitate collaboration between R&D, product, development and commercial teams.
• Attend partner meetings and workshops to build relationships.
