Job summary

Amcor is accelerating innovation in packaging, driving sustainable solutions across global markets. This 12-month fixed-term role supports development, validation and industrialization of new products, collaborating with manufacturing sites to scale up and launch innovations while focusing on cost optimization and sustainability.

The position requires a degree in a relevant field, up to 2 years’ experience, strong analytical skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering/science field.
• Open to recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development, validation and industrialization of new products and technologies.
• Conduct laboratory testing, product validation and performance assessments.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports and qualification protocols.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites to support scale-up and launches.
• Contribute to cost innovation and sustainability initiatives.
