The successful candidate has a strong mechanical design and process engineering background, with fluency in English and a drive for digital innovation, AI, and machine learning applied to industrial mixing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Several years of mechanical design or product development experience.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with hygienic or food processing industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical design: CAD models, fabrication drawings, material selection, and calculations.
• Process design: P&ID diagrams, sizing lines, and optimizing fluid dynamics components.
• Develop and optimize mixing technologies for food, beverage, dairy, and other liquid food applications.
• Bridge automation and electrical requirements with mechanical designs.
• Explore AI/ML concepts to optimize mixer functionality and maintenance.
• Test and validate prototypes and new designs.
• Provide technical guidance to sales, manufacturing, service and customers.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence.
