Job summary

Amcor in Randers, Denmark, seeks a Product Design & Innovation Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The role is in the R&D/Innovation Management department with a hybrid work setup.

You will support the development, validation and industrialization of new products and technologies within the R&D Development Center, contributing to product innovation, sustainability and cost optimization while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a related engineering/science field.
• Open to recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English required; cross-functional/international teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support R&D projects from concept through validation and industrialization.
• Conduct lab testing, product validation and performance assessments.
• Prepare technical documentation and qualification protocols.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites for scale-up and launches.
• Assist in cost optimization and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
