Job summary

WS Audiology Group is seeking an experienced R&D Process Manager to shape how hardware development works across our global R&D organisation. You will own the HW development processes, ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements, and drive improvements across locations in Lynge, Erlangen and Singapore.

You will apply AI tools and Lean methods to simplify and automate processes, manage the improvement backlog, and support R&D project managers as a subject matter expert on hardware

Qualifications

  • University degree in Engineering, Business/Commerce or related discipline is required.
  • Experience in regulated medical-device environments or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and process compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall hardware development process, including sub-processes, work instructions and forms.
  • Ensure processes stay aligned with regulatory and quality requirements and update related QMS docs.
  • Identify inefficiencies from project feedback and stakeholder input, turning them into practical improvements.
  • Explore and apply AI, digital tools and Lean methods to simplify or improve processes.
  • Drive harmonisation of hardware development processes across Lynge, Erlangen and Singapore.
  • Manage the process improvement backlog and follow improvements through to implementation.
  • Support R&D Project and Program Managers as a subject matter expert on hardware development processes.
