Job summary

Jobtailor in Denmark is seeking a Quality Leader for medical device hardware, owning the product quality strategy for hearing aid platforms. You will guide a team of specialists to ensure reliability, mechanical robustness, and environmental resistance across new hardware initiatives.

You will foster continuous improvement within a SAFe-based development environment, working closely with engineering and production teams to uphold the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or similar relevant background.
• Experience with project management is a plus.
• Strong understanding of mechanics, materials, and failure mechanisms.
• Experience in electronics, materials science, manufacturing technologies, or hardware development is advantageous.
• Experience with SAFe or other agile development frameworks is advantageous.
