WSA – Wonderful Sound for All is seeking an experienced R&D Process Manager to shape how hardware development works within a global R&D organisation. You will own and improve processes that support Hardware Solutions, ensuring efficiency and alignment with medical device regulatory requirements.
You will collaborate with R&D Project/Program Managers, Process Owners, Quality and Regulatory teams across Lynge, Erlangen and Singapore, driving continuous improvement and applying AI and Lean methods
Driven by the passion to improve quality of people’s lives, WSA continues to grow as a market leader in the hearing aid industry. With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.
We are looking for an R&D Process Manager to help shape how hardware development works across a global R&D organisation. You will own and improve the processes that support Hardware Solutions, making sure they are both efficient and aligned with the requirements of a regulated medical device environment.
You will work closely with R&D Project and Program Managers, Process Owners, Quality and Regulatory stakeholders across sites in Lynge, Erlangen and Singapore. Your role will be a mix of process ownership, continuous improvement and hands‑on problem solving: understanding where teams lose time or encounter friction, turning those insights into better ways of working, and making sure improvements are implemented consistently across locations.
You will report directly to Head of HW Portfolio & Project Management. A key part of the role will be looking at how AI tools and Lean methods can be used to make processes more efficient, rather than simply maintaining processes as they are today.
At WSA, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.
Together with our 12,000 colleagues in 130 countries, we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world.
With us, you will become part of a truly global company where we care for one another, welcome diversity and celebrate our successes.
WSA is an equal-opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive employee experience for all. Regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, marital status, medical condition, ancestry, disability, military or veteran status we firmly believe that our work is at its best when everyone feels free to be their most authentic self.
