Job summary

Vitrolife Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our R&D Medical Devices team in Denmark, based at our Aarhus office. You will lead projects spanning software and hardware within a highly cross-functional environment, guiding them from concept through development and launch readiness.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project leadership, defining plans and milestones, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in project management and project leadership within a regulated industry.
• Strong technical understanding of hardware and software development.
• Experience coordinating UX/UI aspects in product development.
• Familiarity with QA/RA, regulatory affairs, and compliance approaches.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of projects from concept to launch.
• Defining and managing project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks and dependencies.
• Ensuring alignment between user needs, product requirements, technical solutions and regulatory requirements.
• Leading cross-functional teams across R&D and other functions.
• Driving activities through development, verification, validation and design transfer.
