Job summary

BOLIA seeks a Quality & Compliance Manager to ensure products meet high quality standards and comply with legal requirements across markets. You will collaborate with suppliers, product teams and sustainability leads to optimize packaging and drive compliance programs.

You will report to the Range & Design Director and manage a small team, coordinating with external manufacturers across Europe and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality, safety and compliance across BOLIA markets.
• Conduct product testing to maintain high quality standards.
• Optimize packaging to meet EPR compliance.
• Oversee and improve complaint procedures and quality controls.
• Ensure manufacturers follow the Supplier Guideline.
• Update the Supplier Guideline to match strategies and legislation.
• Participate in projects with BOLIA and external manufacturers.
• Oversee sustainability initiatives like BSCI and FSC across supply chain.
• Implement EUDR according to deadline.
• Manage a small, dedicated team.
