NHV Esbjerg seeks a Safety & Compliance Coordinator to support ISO and HSE processes. You will coordinate safety, compliance, and environmental activities across operations, pilots and engineers, and act as the local HSE focal point.

The role targets ISO 45001 implementation by end-2027 and collaborates with HR and operations. You bring experience in safety, compliance, HSE, audit coordination and risk assessments, with Danish and English communication skills.

Competenze

• Experience in safety, compliance, HSE, quality management or a related coordination function.
• A structured and systematic approach to documentation, follow-up and coordination.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A practical and solution-oriented mindset.

Mansioni

• Coordinate safety and compliance activities in day-to-day operations.
• Assist with Safety Management System (SMS) findings, audits, reports and corrective actions.
• Coordinate ISO 45001 implementation and maintenance with end-2027 target.
• Act as local HSE focal point and liaise with HR and operations (pilots/engineers).
• Conduct risk assessments and coordinate training and inspections.
