Job summary

Sky-Watch A/S is seeking a QHSE Director to lead global quality, health, safety and environment across the value chain. You will own the Quality Management System, drive compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001 and AQAP, and enable scalable risk-aware execution in an international defense context.

The role requires a technical degree and at least 10 years of senior QHSE leadership in regulated industries, with hands-on experience in MRB, PPAP, supplier audits and lifecycle product safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or a related technical field.
• At least 10 years of global QHSE leadership experience in regulated, high-tech industries.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, AQAP and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Proven track record in defect reduction, execution stability and QMS maturity.

Responsibilities

• Quality Governance & Risk Management across the value chain.
• Digital QHSE & Data Governance and analytics.
• Supplier Quality requirements including APQP/PPAP.
• Manufacturing Quality oversight and QC.
• Audits & Compliance with regulatory standards.
