Nextt & Mason AB in Denmark is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality and Regulatory Affairs area. This position involves overall management, strategy development, budget compliance, and reporting on key metrics. You'll ensure regulatory compliance and integrate quality requirements into product development. This key leadership role offers the chance to shape the quality culture in a growing international environment. The position requires approximately 15-25 travel days annually.

Responsibilities

• Overall management and operation of the Quality and Regulatory Affairs area.
• Ensure that strategies, policies, and action plans are developed and implemented.
• Prepare and manage the quality department budget and ensure compliance.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on key quality metrics.
• Conduct ongoing follow-up on supplier and customer complaints.
• Maintain proactive communication with suppliers and customers.
• Prepare regular reports on environmental and occupational health conditions.
• Initiate Workplace Assessments and ensure follow-up actions.
• Participate in the company’s Health and Safety Organization.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Integrate quality requirements into product development and manufacturing.
• Oversee adherence to the project model for development projects.
• Hold overall responsibility for management and quality systems.
• Develop relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Act as Internal Auditor for compliance with company processes.
