Job summary

Bavarian Nordic is seeking a QC Manager for LIMS & Release to lead a 12-person team delivering release, CoAs and daily LIMS support within QC. You will drive compliant processes, promote data integrity and align LabVantage project work with manufacturing needs.

The role requires a scientific degree and GMP experience; LabVantage knowledge is an advantage. You will collaborate across QC, IT and manufacturing in an international vaccine company.

Qualifications

• A relevant scientific degree and GMP/regulatory experience in pharma/biotech QC.
• Experience with LIMS and controlled methods, specifications and data.
• LabVantage knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 12-person team with diverse responsibilities across release, application support and daily LIMS work.
• Ensure dependable daily delivery and monitor workload, priorities and risks.
• Maintain compliant systems, data integrity and inspection readiness.
• Coordinate with QC, IT and manufacturing to resolve issues and improve workflows.
