Job summary

Zealand Pharma A/S is seeking a QA Manager for complaint management to build and strengthen our complaint management systems and handle processes for clinical and marketed products. You will work closely with Manufacturing QA, the CMC organization, CMOs and Partners to ensure compliance and business needs.

The role blends hands-on complaint handling with process ownership and continuous improvement of quality systems supporting complaint handling, recall activities, and Veeva Quality Vault

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in life science, pharmacy, or similar.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen complaint management systems.
• Handle complaint processes for clinical and marketed products.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing QA, CMOs, and Partners on complaint matters.
• Maintain and improve complaint and recall processes; update procedures and templates.
• Manage recall (and mock recalls) related activities.
• Contribute to Veeva Quality Vault and related processes.

Education
