Job summary

Huawei Europe is seeking a Smart PV & BESS Solution Manager (m/f/d) to drive market analysis, product planning, and technical sales across Denmark and the Nordic region. You will develop competitive LCOE analyses and support key customer engagements with Huawei FusionSolar Smart PV Solutions.

The role requires deep solar inverter and energy storage knowledge, strong project management, and the ability to present technical and business benefits to customers' decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in the solar PV industry.
• 2+ years in solution or technical sales with direct customer responsibility.
• Experience managing complex organisations and projects.
• Understanding of communication and IT solutions in solar systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and propose PV/BESS sales strategies and product roadmaps for Denmark and Nordic region.
• Analyse technical requirements, product functions and licensing for Nordic markets.
• Lead development of LCOE analyses for complex project scenarios.
• Provide technical sales support for Huawei FusionSolar PV and Energy Storage Solutions.
• Support project bidding with BOMs and quotation documents.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to communicate technical and commercial value to customers.
