Job summary

Nobia Denmark A/S in Ølgod is seeking a Purchase Planning Assistant to join our Purchase Planning team. You will help ensure the flow of materials to production and work closely with colleagues across Production, Quality, Finance, and Procurement.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers, with primary work in Ølgod. The role requires fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience from a manufacturing environment with planning or coordination.
• Solid understanding of planning processes from an operational and ERP perspective.
• Experience with material or purchasing planning is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan inventory optimization and material procurement with a focus on total cost and service levels.
• Plan and create purchase orders in accordance with procedures and supplier agreements.
• Coordinate detailed delivery schedules to ensure an optimized material supply.
• Work closely with both the local and regional logistics organizations.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders involved in material procurement.
• Support the development of supplier relationships with our Strategic Procurement organization.
• Proactively follow up on supplier performance to ensure delivery targets are met.
