Job summary

Nobia in Ølgod is seeking a Purchase Planning Assistant to help ensure a smooth flow of materials into production. You will join a team focused on maintaining optimal inventory levels, planning purchase orders, and monitoring supplier performance to safeguard timely deliveries.

As part of a collaborative team, you will work across Production, Goods Receiving, Quality, Finance, Procurement, Sales and Customer Support, with communications in Danish and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment with planning or coordination.
• Solid understanding of planning processes from an operational and ERP perspective.
• Experience with material planning or purchasing planning is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan inventory optimization and material procurement with total cost and service levels in mind.
• Plan and create purchase orders per procedures and supplier agreements.
• Coordinate detailed delivery schedules to optimize material supply.
• Collaborate with local and regional logistics organizations.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders involved in material procurement.
• Support supplier relationships development with Strategic Procurement.
• Follow up on supplier performance to meet delivery targets.
