Job summary

Netcompany is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to shape the next generation of our property management solutions in Denmark. You will bring hands-on property management experience to the product development process and work with technical and refinement teams to reflect real-life processes and user needs.

Responsibilities

Netcompany is looking for a Property Manager to take a key role in the continued development of our property management solutions. The role is for an experienced, operational property manager who knows the reality of managing properties day to day and can use that experience to help shape better digital solutions. You will bring hands‑on knowledge of property management into the product development process and work closely with technical and refinement teams to ensure that solutions reflect real‑life processes, challenges and user needs. You will also contribute to customer dialogue, where your practical experience helps create credibility and a strong understanding of how the product can support customers in their daily work.

A significant part of the role involves leveraging your property management experience in product improvements, customer insight and relevant market activities. You will participate in customer meetings, support pre‑sales activities and contribute to business development through market dialogue and feedback from existing and potential customers. This is not a sales role; your contribution is your professional expertise and ability to understand the customer’s operational reality, ask the right questions and help connect their needs with the capabilities of the product.

Your responsibilites will typically include:

• Ensuring the product delivers value, automation potential and efficiency across the property management value chain
• Working closely with the technical team and refinement team on product development
• Supporting business development and sales activities through market dialogue, customer feedback and pre‑sales activities

About you

To succeed in this role, you:

• Have solid operational experience working as a property manager
• Contribute with operational experience across a property portfolio, including the full complexity of Danish regulatory requirements (eg.cost control rent 'OMK', free market rent, taxes, duties and rates, operational budgets)
• Have experience across residential, commercial and mixed properties including the customer reporting requirements a property manager faces
• Have experience as a power user or super user of a property management software system
• Have full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken) is a must.
