Though we've been around for more than four decades, you’ll still experience that 'start-up' feel, short lines of communication, quick decision making and plenty of opportunity to influence how we work.
Every successful delivery is the result of hundreds of small decisions. Together, we make sure they all lead in the right direction.
Your role sits at the center of our Mineral Sand operations.
From coordinating logistics activities and monitoring operational performance to supporting financial follow up and continuous improvements, you’ll ensure projects move smoothly from initial planning through to final invoicing and settlement.
Working across multiple functions, you’ll balance customer expectations, commercial objectives and operational excellence while helping keep sustainable resource flows moving throughout Europe.

Whether you're coordinating suppliers, analysing performance or solving unexpected challenges, you'll be trusted to make decisions, supported by colleagues who are always ready to share their expertise.
We offer far more than an operational role.
You’ll become part of an international company where sustainability isn't simply a strategy and it's the reason we exist. You'll enjoy meaningful work, wonderful colleagues, an attractive salary and benefits package, and plenty of opportunities to grow both professionally and personally.
Most importantly, you'll help shape projects that support a more circular economy while working in an organisation that values trust, collaboration and new ideas.
