Job summary

Strawberry is seeking a Breakfast Team Member for Comfort Hotel Vesterbro. You’ll greet guests in a warm, no-nonsense style, help prepare and serve breakfast, maintain a clean, energetic breakfast space, and work with colleagues to deliver the brand’s urban vibe. This is a permanent role with shifts starting early in the morning.

Experience in hospitality is a bonus, but personality and drive matter most. English proficiency is a plus, and you’ll join a diverse Strawberry team across Nordic

• Welcome guests with a friendly, no-nonsense approach and set a positive tone for the morning.
• Prepare and cook breakfast according to the Comfort Breakfast Manual and food safety guidelines.
• Keep the breakfast room clean and energized, collaborating with colleagues to maintain a young, urban vibe.
• Refill breakfast during opening hours and handle dishes during and after service.
• Follow Comfort rules and uphold the guest promise.
• Work shifts 05:30–15:00 and include weekends and holidays.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcome guests with a friendly, no-nonsense approach, setting the tone for a great day
• Prepare and cook breakfast according to the Comfort Breakfast Manual and food safety guidelines
• Keep the breakfast room clean and tidy, buzzing with energy and positivity, working closely with colleagues to maintain Comfort’s effortless, urban vibe
• Refill breakfast during opening hours and taking care of dishes both during and after service hours
• Always following the Comfort rules and keeping our guest promise
• Work hours will be according to schedule with shifts between 05.30-15.00 and will include weekends and holidays.

• You’re a morning person who gladly swaps the morning rush hour commute for the freedom of afternoons and evenings for personal interests. Your work shift will start from 5:30.
• Quick on your feet, you adapt to whatever the day throws your way - with a smile
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is a bonus, but your personality and drive are what really count

As a breakfast crew member at Comfort Hotel, it is a plus to be proficient in English . Additional language skills may be beneficial to your application.
