Job summary

Agilent Technologies Inc. in Glostrup is seeking a Production Support Manager to lead the Fill & Pack Production Support team of seven SMEs.

You will ensure stable operations, quick issue resolution, and drive continuous improvements to performance, quality, and compliance. You will partner with production leadership, engineering, quality, and supply chain, applying Lean and data-driven problem solving to optimize processes, deploy new equipment, and strengthen reliability across the finished

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Science, Pharmacy, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/medical device/biotech regulated manufacturing.
• Strong GMP understanding and operation support functions.
• Data-driven problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Production Support Manager to lead our Production Support team within Fill & Pack Manufacturing in Glostrup.About the DepartmentThe Production Support team plays a critical role in ensuring stable and efficient operations within our Fill & Pack production area. The team consists of seven highly skilled Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who provide technical and operational support across manufacturing processes, equipment, documentation, investigations, deviations, continuous improvement initiatives, and production optimization. The team is a part of Finished Production with approximately 60 employees from various professional backgrounds, including operators, technicians, leaders and support staff.
