Job summary

Agilent Technologies in Glostrup, Denmark, seeks a skilled engineer to join the BCP team supporting daily operations for buffers and antibody dilutions in a GMP/ISO-compliant environment.

Key duties include troubleshooting, SOP/ECO/ECR changes, CAPAs, process optimization, and collaboration with QA, regulatory, R&D, and logistics. MSc in engineering or biology and 2–3 years' relevant experience, with fluency in Danish and English, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with GMP and regulated production environments.
• Experience with troubleshooting and optimization of finished production processes.

You will join a team of 2 academics, which is responsible for providing support to daily operations for our production of buffers and antibody dilutions. As a busy production department, we focus on delivering high-quality products to our customers in compliance with ISO and GMP requirements. The support team also ensures that the equipment and production processes are validated.

Your primary responsibility will be:

Qualifications

Professional qualifications:

• You hold an MSc in engineering, biology or similar education within chemistry or biotechnology.
• Preferably 2-3 years’ experience from a similar position.

• Experience with troubleshooting and optimization of finished production processes.
• LEAN/CI competences.
• Fluent in Danish and English
