Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of seven SMEs to high performance.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ensure effective daily support to Fill & Pack production and rapid issue resolution.
• Drive root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Partner with production leadership to improve performance, quality and compliance.
• Lead LEAN initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
