Agilent Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Support Manager to lead the Fill & Pack Manufacturing support team in Glostrup.

You will drive daily operational support, resolve issues quickly, and push continuous improvements to strengthen performance, quality, and compliance across the production area. You will partner with Production, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain, develop seven SMEs, mentor through Lean and Six Sigma practices, and contribute to strategic planning as

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Science, Pharmacy, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline.
Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, biotech, or regulated manufacturing.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operational support functions.
Experience with project management and stakeholder management.
Experience working in GMP-regulated environments.
Demonstrated problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Experience driving LEAN, continuous improvement, and change initiatives.
Strong communication skills in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of seven SMEs, ensuring engagement, competence development, and high performance.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Ensure effective daily support to Fill & Pack production, enabling stable operations and timely resolution of technical and operational challenges.
Prioritize team activities and resources to support production demands and strategic objectives.
Drive root-cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
Partner with production leadership to improve performance, productivity, quality, and compliance.
Lead continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
Support implementation of new equipment, technologies, and process improvements.
Ensure strong stakeholder management and effective collaboration across multiple functions.
Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making as part of the Fill & Pack management team.
